Shipping policy
Dream Woof offer tracked post within Australia through delivery service including but not limited to Australia post and Sendle Australia.
Customer can choose between standard or express post during checkout. All orders are pack and shipped from Melbourne metropolitan.
Shipping fee within Australia
Shipping fee starts at $6.95 for Tags and Earrings and progress by weight, size and destinations. The fee is in Australian dollars and will be calculated during checkout. For address not listed, please contact us at info@dreamwoof.com.au
Domestic shipping are free for orders over $100.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, please contact us if your Country is not in the list. Shipping fee will be calculated base on your order weight, size and destination during checkout.
Processing time
3 days in most case for orders in stock and ready to ship.
For all tags, earrings and customisable product, they are made to order only. Made to order means that the crafting/making process starts AFTER we receive orders from you. Crafting time varies depending on demand, in most case, it would be within a week or two after your purchase.
If customer need the order rushed for a specific date, please leave us a comment during checkout so we can best accomodate.
Delivery time
Delivery time are estimated only, please find below the time you can expect your parcel to arrive. Please note that this can vary and allow time for potential delays especially during public holiday and Christmas period. Delivery time will also vary depending on your postcode. Dream Woof and Lifestyle are not responsible for shipping time and will not be able to provide refund should the item arrive to you later than your required time or expectations.

*Covid19 and limited flights: Affecting domestic and especially, international customers, please allow extra time for the product to arrive to you.
Cancellations
Dream Woof reserve the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock or for any unforeseen circumstances.
Cancelled order will be noticed and refund will be provided to the original method of payment.
You are not entitled to claim any additional amount or seek further compensation for any loss time, damages, expense loss and inconvenience, both direct or consequential caused by such cancellation.
It is a rare case, but we sincerely apologise in advance should this be your case.
Incorrect address
Before checking out, please make sure that your delivery address is correct and up to date, any loss resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer are at the customer own expense.
Should customer notice or realised that they had pass through an incorrect address. Please advise us as soon as possible prior to the order being ship off so we can correct it for you. Once the order got shipped, apologise, there is nothing we can do.
If the order got return to us, buyer will need to pay the postage fee for the item to be resent back to them or to the intended address.
