All Dream Woof Tags are handmade to order based on customer’s customisation.

Customisation: depends on design but adding NAME will always be an option. Customisation is very easy and some are very flexible to the point of giving you the option to choose your frame. The degree of customisation differs throughout the designs. Dream Woof has done the hard work for you, what can and cannot be done will be outlined in each and every product page making it very easy for you to create your dream tag.

ALL Tags will be attached with Dream Woof Charm which is approx 1cm in size.

Customising the back of the tag is allowed in most, apart from the designs that are fully transparent, customers will get the option to include their personal details in form of….

• Phone number ONLY
• Phone number and one Address
• Phone number and Two Addresses

The ability to add these depends on the size allowance of different tag designs, but you don’t have to worry, Dream Woof platform will let you know as well as automatically allow and limit you on how long you can type.

Material use:

Dream Woof Tags are made from high quality, non-yellowing and environment protected formula epoxy resin which are used in human jewelleries, they are non-toxic when fully cured. The frames are made from Zinc Alloy and exclusively designed marine grade 316L Stainless steel frame in some products. SS material is a LOT more expensive, provided that it has a lot more pros, we believe our prices are reasonable and affordable. Benefits of stainless are listed on most product pages that offer them and alternatively, in Product care information below.

ALL tags come with Dream Woof charm as standard, unless customers choose not to include them. They are made from 304 stainless steel, and plated with 18kgold for rose gold colour.

ALL decorative charms are made from Zinc alloy, tarnishing is inevitable, customers can choose not to include the charm for the whole tag metal parts to be made from hypoallergenic material which are not susceptible to tarnishing.

Tags are made by hand individually and thus no one piece will ever be the same. Please allow minor imperfections, colour and interior design variants as they are made one by one and not mechanically produced.

*Tag with zinc alloy frame, as with most jewelleries, are not recommended for use during rainy days due to high humidity.

Dream Woof lockets are made from marine grade stainless steel and plated with 18k gold for rose gold option. The product is exclusively designed by Dream Woof, they are handmade through mold casting so please allow some variants and imperfection as the product isn’t made by precision machines.

Genuine leather collections are durable and thus can feel stiff at first but will eventually get softer through use. Collar and leash are exclusively designed by Dream Woof, made from Bi-Colour genuine cow leather and finishes off with PU film to gain scratch resistant and waterproofing properties. Through this coating, the collar and leash is partially environment protected, meaning it will not get stained by water or change colour from the sun easily, the water will be repelled and not get absorbed by the leather right away leaving you time to wipe off any trapped or excess water. It is however, made from genuine leather, given time, the water will penetrate and get absorbed, please see ‘how to take care of collar, leash and poop bag pouch’ in the care instructions below.

Vegan collar are made from Tri-colour Pu. Vegan collar are soft and comfortable, it is environment protected, water and scratch resistant.

Dream Woof poop bag pouch is made from lightweight Vegan Leather/PU.

Collar, leash and poop bag pouch hardwares are made from alloy.

* Genuine collars are not recommended for puppies due to their soft and fragile neck.

** Our product main are for fashion and everyday use, we do not recommend using our collars and leash on very strong pullers, as slipleash, for extreme sport and heavy/agility training.

As with any pet clothes, accessories, bows, collars and bells, supervision is always needed when they are put on your fur babies. Tag is no exception and safety has always been our priority. Our tags are designed with true love and care, whilst no product is 100% safe, we have done our best to minimise the chances it will get caught and or be troublesome to you and your babies.

1. We use very strong hypo-allergenic joiners to reduce the chances of tag/charm falling off. Different shape and size joiners are chosen for different designs to best fit and minimise the space in between.
2. Only chains with extremely tiny holes are used. The biggest chain hole is 0.15cm which is very unlikely for it to be caught. The hard part is on us to be super patient and precise on this material which is so hard to work with ‘face with sweats’
3. We only adopt the use of Split ring/keyring or clasp style with rounded edges to attach our tag, in our opinion and throughout our experience, they are the most secure and safe ones out of all. The default split rings that come with your tag are hypo-allergenic and small in size (to reduce gaps between the tag and Collar’s D-Ring).
4. Our Genuine collar design features a leather strap to attach your tag, the strap holds the split ring in place preventing it from moving or swinging around. It also reduces the jingling sound.
5. In all tags, we will have an option for no charm at all for concerned pawrents. This option also reduces jingling sound.
6. Even if the customer chooses with charm, these are removable should customer chooses to do so. They are attached to the tag through split ring/key ring or Jump ring (which are strong but removable through the use of pliers). 

As mentioned, but not limited to, the above, we had done our best to make the tag safe to wear as possible. Whilst the chance that it will get caught or fall off are slim, we DO NOT recommend leaving a collar, tag and or any accessories on your precious babies when you are not at home or when unsupervise.

Where possible, Dream Woof selects environment friendly and hypoallergenic 304 and 316L stainless steel material. Whilst it is expensive, Dream Woof prefers to carry the costs so our customers can enjoy its benefits. We use this material in

Allergic reactions in our product are unlikely. The use of hypoallergenic material reduces the chances users will have allergic reactions to the product, but, in rare cases, the product can cause reactions to people with hypersensitive skin and people with nickel sensitivity.

* Should users experience any sign of allergic reactions and or symptoms such as irritations, rashes or itchiness, please stop using the product immediately and seek care. 

We recommend customers handle tags as they would with any pet accessories such as bow, clothes, pet jewellery, collars and human jewelleries. Our tags are made from high quality environment protected and age resistant formula, it is very durable but not indestructible, as with any other tags, their life will be shortened through exposure to harsh/extreme environments, direct sunlight, humidity, chloride/chlorine/salt and chemicals.

Some tags such as Tag with no frame and Marine grade Stainless steel with NO decorated charm (Dream Woof charm being an exception) are highly resistant to most of the above and can handle many environmental conditions, but prolonged exposure to harsh environments are never ideal. Please see the below for each tag care details.

We recommend customers to refrain from exposing it, but not limited to…..

1. In the swimming pool
2. In the Sea water
3. Inside a Shower or storing it in a high humidity area such as bathroom
4. On Rainy days/ high humidity days
5. In direct sunlight for long period of time (such as, storage or leaving them out to dry)
6. Harsh chemicals (such as, through cleaning it with)
7. Use it as toys for playing, chewing or licking 

Whilst these exposures will not destroy or break the product entirely, it will affect the product, the product performance or its appearance in some ways.

With regards to cleaning, most of the time, customers will find that the tag does not get dirty and or needs to be cleaned at all. If the customer chooses to do so, please see cleaning and care details listed below for different tag types.

Tag with No frame

Tags with no frame are environment protected, ageing resistant and waterproof, we use high quality material and thus, it is resistant to many environmental conditions you throw at them, but still hates.

• Sunlight
• Harsh Chemicals

Prolonged and or direct exposure to these may result in the product changing colour/yellowing.

Cleaning: Clean Only if needed, with soft cloth, dry or damp, for tough stain you can wash it with water and soap. Dry the product thoroughly everytime it gets wet using dry cloth and not under harsh sunlight.

Storage: Do not store it in damp areas such as the bathroom, toilets and or in direct sunlight.

Stainless steel frame & Dream Woof charm

Tags made with a stainless steel frame are extremely durable and can handle tough environments, the frames are made from Marine grade 316L stainless steel and 304 for Dream Woof charms.

WITHOUT decorated charm (made from zinc alloy), these tags as well as Dream Woof charm are……

1. Water resistant, 316 being salt resistant as well.
2. Scratch resistant
3. Hypoallergenic
4. Shines beautifully, silver colour will never fade and Rose-gold colour with 18k plating will not fade for at least 2years.
5. Tarnish, rust and corrosion resistant

7. Environment-friendly   

* These benefits apply when the material is not heavily scratched or exposed to extreme environments for a prolonged period of time.

** It is waterproof and salt resistant but we do recommend customers to take the tag off when your babies are going for a swim or shower for care and safety reasons.

Zinc alloy/alloy - frame & decorative charm

Zinc alloy is very popular and is one of the most widely used materials in jewelleries and hardware parts around the world. It is beautiful, affordable and great for fashion and rotation. We also use them for our standard frame, whilst it is good, tarnishing, fading and corrosion are inevitable. Caring for your product will help it last longer.

We recommend that customers DO NOT!

1. Expose them outside on rainy days. Or high humidity days. 
2. Leave the product on your babies during exercise or swim.
3. Expose it to water especially sea water and the beach
4. Expose it to chemicals 

Cleaning: Clean only if needed, on the inside area with soft DRY cloth only, if customers really need to use damp cloth, please try to avoid cleaning the zinc alloy parts such as the frame and decorative charm.

* Customers will find that most of the time the frame and decorative charm does not attract dirt to the point that they would want to clean them, it is not necessary as cleaning will remove the protective coating or patina layer of zinc alloy material. In this case, we believe less handling is more.

Storage: Do not store it in damp areas such as the bathroom, toilets and or in direct sunlight.

Earrings

Dream Woof earrings are handcraft to order using hypoallergenic needles and clip. So far, all our needles and ear-clip are hypoallergenic, in the future, if Dream Woof decides to adopt the use of other material which isn’t hypoallergenic, we will describe the material we use in the description of that specific product page before any purchase. The decorative elements on the earring are mostly made from brass and zinc alloy which are sometimes coated and or plated with silver or gold. These elements are not directly in contact with the skin and therefore, are unlikely to cause allergic reaction.

Through the use of hypoallergenic needles, Dream Woof earrings are suitable for the majority of the people, but in rare cases, the earring might cause allergic reactions or discomfort to customers with hyper sensitive skin. Should customers experience any irritations including but not limited to, itchiness, redness and or rashes, customers should stop using the product immediately and seek care.

Bangle/ bracelet and necklace

ALL Bangle/bracelet and necklace are made using 304 stainless steel, again, this means that it is unlikely that it will cause allergic reaction to wearers. The bangles are designed to be adjustable/ bendable to fit most wrist. Bangles/bracelet and necklaces come in silver and rose-gold colour, rose gold being 18k plated.

Cleaning: Dream Woof Jewellery is very easy to clean and maintain. Simply wipe with damp cloth or jewellery cleaning cloth. If needed you can use isopropyl alcohol/rubbing alcohol such as alcohol pad or on cotton pad to wipe or sanitise earring needles, bracelet and or necklace where it is dirty.

Storage: Do not store it in damp areas such as the bathroom, toilets and or in direct sunlight. Jewelleries should not be left in an area accessible to your fur babies for safety reasons.

Dream Woof Collar, leash and poop bag pouch are made from either genuine or vegan leather. Genuine collections whilst partially environment protected with PU film, it is still made from genuine leather. This means that the water will not get absorbed by the leather straight away, but it will, slowly. The product will repel water but we recommend customers wipe off any excess and or trapped water whenever they can such as but not limited to, after walks. Vegan collar, leash and poop bag pouches have more water and environment resistant properties but it is not 100% waterproof so it should be treated the same way to prevent water damage.

Cleaning: Clean Collar, leash and poop bag pouch with soft cloth, damp cloth can be used for stubborn stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean products. Product should be dried out once wet using cloth and not to be left drying under harsh sunlight.

Storage: Do not store it in damp areas such as the bathroom, toilets and or in direct sunlight. Customers should not leave the product outside in extreme cold or heat as fluctuating temperature may affect the product texture and stiffness.
