Refund policy

We hope that you are nothing but in love with your purchase but If you need to return the product for exchange or refund we are here to help.

At Dream Woof we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its packaging with seal unbroken and tag attached. You will  also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund and exchange - for damaged and or wrongly sent product

Refunds are available for product that arrived to you damaged and or wrongly sent to you by us.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In all other cases, if approved, Dream Woof will provide an exchange instead. 

To start a return, contact us at info@dreamwoof.com.au with evidence in form of images sent to our contact email so that we can first evaluate the issue. If your return is accepted, please send the item back for inspection, in some cases, return shipping fee will be at customer’s own expense. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will either exchange the product for you or provide you a refund. Refund will either be direct to your original payment method or in form of store credit and or gift cards. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to you.

Refund and exchange will be at our discretion.      

 

Change of mind

Refunds are not available for change of mind or if the customer purchased the wrong size/colour/design. We do however, accept exchange and will be able to offer you store credit or gift card or discount code which you can use to purchase alternative product offered in our store instead. Store credit is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

If the product has not yet been shipped off to you, contact us immediately, we might be able to correct and/or offer you a refund or cancellation.

For change of mind regarding customisation, please contact us immediately, if the product has not been made or started, we will try our best to correct it for you.  

Cancellation and exchange for change of mind will be at our discretion.  

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom/customised products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery and shipping cost are non-refundable,same goes for Gifts and damaged packaging.
